Frequently Asked Questions
Straightforward answers to the most common questions about swapping cryptocurrency to Monero (XMR) anonymously. No KYC, no AML screening, no account — here is how everything works.
Getting Started
No account, no email, no password required — ever. To swap on XMR No KYC you pick your send currency, enter your XMR wallet address and hit submit. That is literally the entire process. Nothing about you is stored beyond the session needed to execute the swap, and when that session ends, the data is gone.
Zero KYC at any stage. We collect no identity documents, no selfie, no government ID, no proof of address, no personal details of any kind. This platform was designed from the ground up to operate without knowing who you are — that is the entire point of it.
No AML screening whatsoever. Deposit addresses and Monero destination wallets are never sent through Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM Labs or any comparable analytics tool. We assign no risk scores to wallets and we do not delay or block swaps based on the perceived origin of funds. Your swap is processed on purely technical parameters.
Over 50 coins are supported. You can send Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, BNB, Solana, XRP, TRON, Dogecoin, Cardano, Litecoin, Toncoin, Dash, Zcash, DAI, PEPE, Arbitrum, Polygon, Bitcoin Cash, Sui and many more. The full list with current minimums is visible on the exchange page.
The minimum swap value is $100 USD equivalent and the maximum is $282,100 USD equivalent per order. The exact amount in your chosen cryptocurrency is displayed in the widget before you confirm. Do not send below the minimum — underfunded orders may not process automatically and will require support intervention.
How Swaps Work
Most swaps wrap up within 5 to 20 minutes from the moment your deposit confirms on the source chain. Bitcoin typically needs 1 to 3 confirmations before the swap triggers. Ethereum, USDT, Solana and other faster chains usually get through in a few minutes. Once the deposit is confirmed, XMR is dispatched to your wallet immediately and automatically.
1. Select your send coin and paste your XMR wallet address in the form on the homepage. 2. A unique deposit address is generated for your order. 3. Send the exact amount to that address from any wallet or exchange — no login required anywhere. 4. The engine detects your on-chain deposit, locks the rate, executes the swap and sends Monero to your wallet automatically. No human intervention at any stage.
When you create an order, the exchange rate is fixed for 30 minutes. Your deposit needs to reach the required confirmation count within that window. If the timer expires before your transaction confirms, the deposit address often remains active but a revised rate may apply to the swap. Contact support with your Order ID if you are concerned about timing.
The rate is locked at order creation, so the XMR amount shown is what you receive minus the outgoing Monero network fee. There are no hidden spreads and no surprise deductions added after the fact. The service fee is already factored into the displayed exchange rate at the time you confirm.
Sending below the minimum may stop automatic processing — contact support right away with your Order ID and the deposit transaction hash. Sending the wrong currency to a deposit address is a more serious situation that cannot always be recovered automatically. Always double-check the coin and amount before you send anything.
Privacy & Anonymity
Bitcoin and Ethereum transactions are permanently visible on public ledgers. Every address, every amount and every counterparty is readable by anyone — and analytics firms actively map this data and sell it. Monero uses ring signatures, stealth addresses and RingCT to make transactions unlinkable and untraceable directly at the protocol layer. No block explorer in existence can reveal the sender, receiver or amount of an XMR transaction. That is real financial privacy, built into the cryptography rather than promised through policy.
We collect only what is technically needed to process your swap: the deposit address, your XMR destination, currency pair, amount and order timestamp. Order data lives in a PHP session and is not retained after it ends. Standard server access logs may capture IP addresses for operational use but are not linked to order records or any individual identity.
Yes — and that is exactly how this is meant to work. Enter any self-custody Monero wallet address as the destination. XMR arrives directly at the address you control, with no intermediary custody step. Good wallet options include Feather Wallet for desktop, the official Monero GUI, Monerujo on Android and Cake Wallet on iOS. We never hold Monero on your behalf.
No. The exchange is fully non-custodial. Your deposit passes through the swap engine, gets converted to XMR, and is sent on to the address you provided. We do not maintain user balances, hold funds in accounts associated with your identity, or take custody of Monero at any stage of the process.
Support
First, verify your deposit is confirmed on-chain by checking a block explorer for the coin you sent. If the deposit shows as confirmed and more than 30 minutes have passed without XMR arriving, email support@buyxmrnokyc.exchange with your Order ID and the deposit transaction hash (TXID). We will investigate and get back to you as quickly as possible.
The Letter of Guarantee is a downloadable text file generated for each order. It records your Order ID, the currency pair, amounts, deposit address and Monero destination wallet. It serves as verifiable documentation that a swap was initiated through XMR No KYC, which can be useful if you ever need to reference the transaction later.
Email support@buyxmrnokyc.exchange with your Order ID and full details of the issue. We respond within 24 hours. If your swap is stuck and time is a factor, put URGENT in the subject line and your case gets prioritized. More information is available on the contacts page.
